New Signature Menu

Our Signature Menu is the ideal way to discover the variety and complexity of our cuisine, presenting a selection of dishes from our a la carte menu carefully selected to complement each other. The new Signature Menu, available at lunch and dinner, presents eight dishes and dessert for £68 per person, for a minimum of two people.
Intended, as is traditional, for sharing family-style, the experience begins with three appetisers: Thinly-sliced pork belly layered with cucumber, Chilled scallops with segments of pomelo (a citrus fruit somewhat like grapefruit) and our perennially-popular Crispy Peking duck rolls.
Next come the main courses, for which we have chosen spicy Ma la chilli prawns and our Crispy de-boned lamb ribs, thrice-marinated over 24 hours before being crisped in the wok. Three vegetable dishes complete the menu, Seafood fried rice with dried salty fish and ginger, Spicy minced pork with string beans fried with chilli and dried petite shrimp and Wok-fried kai-lan (Chinese broccoli) with ginger sauce.
To finish, we have chosen Pan-fried red bean paste pancake with lychee sorbet, a delicate dessert to cleanse the palate. Our sommeliers will be very happy to advise on wines to complement the menu, or you may like to pair the dishes with some of our signature cocktails – our bar team will be delighted to make recommendations!
