Experience Private Dining, now with new menus

For larger groups, whether the occasion is business or pleasure, we have two beautiful rooms for private dining; the Shanghai room with stunning views of Tower Bridge which can seat up to 16 guests and the Beijing room overlooking the City and St Paul’s Cathedral which can seat up to 24 guests.
As well as updating the a la carte menu, our new Head Chef Bing Luo has also made changes to our private dining menus. Guests have a range of menus to choose from, with all the dishes served sharing-style for the whole table to enjoy.
Our signature dishes such as Crispy deboned lamb ribs and Roasted Peking duck remain, but new additions include Wilted spinach with Sichuan ginger sauce and toasted sesame, Monkfish in Yangtze hot and sour broth and Sichuan style double-cooked pork belly.
As an optional extra to provide an indulgent start to their private dining experience, guests can also choose to have a glass of Champagne and canapés on arrival, reception-style, with any menu.
